Ron Morton, President
Ronald C. Morton, LL.M., CELA, is the founding member of the Morton Law Firm, PLLC. His statewide practice is focused on estate planning, asset protection planning, elder law, business planning, and Medicaid planning. Mr. Morton graduated cum laude from Mississippi College in 1988 with a double major in public administration and applied sociology. In 1992 he earned a Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law. He was awarded a Masters of Law in Taxation with Honors from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2007, and has earned the designation of Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.
Paul Randall,Vice President
Paul has extensive experience in commercial and residential real property transactions and represents buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders. Paul is licensed to practice in every Mississippi Court, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and Federal District Courts in Mississippi. Paul majored in Accounting and earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Mississippi College in 1997 and a Juris Doctor from The University of Mississippi School of Law in 2000. Paul is an attorney volunteer with the Mission First Legal Aid Clinic, an active member of Pear Orchard Presbyterian Church in Ridgeland and is married to the former Cyndi Eubanks of Brookhaven. Paul and Cyndi live in Jackson with their four children.
Bill McCormack, Executive Director
Bill McCormack currently serves as the Executive Director of SON Valley. He came to SON Valley in when we were still in our beginning stages. Under his leadership SON Valley:
- Obtained 80 acres of land in Madison County, MS
- From 2005-2007 built two 5,000 square foot group homes
- Became debt free with that construction in 2009
- Opened a Community Center in Ridgeland, MS in 2012
- Began our Community Living program in 2012
Before coming to SON Valley, Bill spent many years at AT&T. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. Bill and his wife Dede have 2 sons and 4 grandchildren.
Brenda Bozeman, Treasurer
Brenda Bozeman currently serves as our treasurer and is president of the SON Valley Ladies Auxiliary. She is the Marketing Director for Merchants and Planters Bank in Raymond, MS. She is a serves on the board of directors for the Clinton Community Development Foundation in Clinton, MS.
