| 1. | Go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com

| 2. | Click on the "Delta" button under "Select a location".

| 3. | Click on the "Enroll" link and click Enroll now for the Kroger Community Rewards Program or the "Enroll" button at the bottom of the page.

| 4. | If you do not have a Kroger account, you will have to create an account by clicking on the following link “Get started. Sign up today!”
|
| 5. | If you already have a Kroger account (or just created one in step 4), enter your email address and password to login.
|
| 6. | To find our organization, you can either enter our organization number, "80300", or enter our organization name, "SON Valley or Baptist Homes Inc.”, and click the "Search" button.

| 7. | Select the organization by clicking on the button.
|
| 8. | Click on the "Save changes" button
